SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer free shipping on most of our products!

Standard shipping is regular USPS, or Standard Canada post(in Canada)

Standard shipping for USA and Canada is 7 to 18 days.

When your order is placed it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods this could take up to 6 days.

**All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays**

 

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we will also require proof of purchase.

Refund: Once your item is returned, received and inspected by The Survival shop staff we will send you an email to notify you. If all conditions are met, then your refund can be processed. Before the refund we will contact you and verify how the refund is to be made.(Visa refund, Paypal...etc)
